How do you check which virus definitions you have in Norton Anti Virus?

Hi, I am meant to be updating the work computer system’s anti virus but I can’t for the life of me work out how to see which virus definitions are in use on a computer. We are using Norton 2010 on windows XP. I have downloaded the update which is in the form of an executable file and when I run this I hope I am updating the definitions, but I can’t see to check!
