How do I load an anti-virus program from a CD onto my infected computer?

I have the Malware Defense virus and I cannot get to any anti-spyware websites to download rkill or malwarebytes. I used a non-infected computer to put malwarebytes on a CD but when I try to run it on the infected computer, I don’t know how to get it to install. There is an uninstall in the file folder but I don’t see an install. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

If you have a second computer download malwarebytes onto a memory stick then take it to your infected computer and restart it in safe mode and install the malwarebyes program.
