Any way to contact facebook through email or something?

I made an account on facebook a while ago, like last year. And today i made another facebook for internet friends. And then I tried to log into my old and original facebook and it was disabled. I didn’t recieve an email or anythign and it will not let me back in. Can I email facebook and as them to re-open it? Is there any way I can get my account back?

    When you go to the facebook login page, click on help/contact. Once you are there you need to choose topic and follow few more simple steps.
