CHoose the free one in the column on the left. Or you can by the other ones. just the free one will hold you over until that time. Also, you should defragment, disk cleanup.

Maintaining your computer
Right click on C drive/run disc cleanup>Then TOOLS> disc scanner (REBOOT COMPUTER) Then run Disc Cleaner again & Ccleaner if you have downloaded it and installed it.( You will find Ccleaner in file hippo.com bellow) Then do a defragmentation of C drives in computer management>

i would say AVG is the best free one plus if you go to youtube you can get a full license that lasts until 2018 🙂

I’ve been running AVG free now for nearly 2 years with no problems it came recommended by the technicians I purchased my pc from as well as friends and family who use it.
It’s one of the best as far as I’m concerned!
You should always be protected when surfing the web.
You don’t say whether you are xp/ vista or otherwise but there are a few checks you should always make when your pc starts running slow.
Have you tried clearing your cache/history etc in internet options (control panel) and doing a disc clean up?

I am an IT professional and wouldn’t use anything but Free AVG. The current version is 8.0. They have a more robust version you can buy, but it’s really not necessary. The free version does a great job and I’ve personally never gotten any viruses.
