I’ve been watching free online tv shows. Apparently, I picked up a virus that disabled my windows vista Defender. How do I delete the virus(s)? There are 4 unrecognized cookie trackers and possibly one Trojan in my Registry.

I really like AVG… I’ve installed it on 3 of my PC’s. I would also recommend a Spyware remover too, Adware has always been a solid choice for me.
