How do I reset my computer if the Anti virus program wont let me get to the system restore button?
I don’t even know where the viruses came from but I just want to reset my computer but the stupid anti virus program wont let me!!! I also don’t know where the anti virus program came from it is not the same program that was on my computer!!!!

This is not an anti-virus program, it is really a virus itself. What you need to do is restart your computer in “Safe Mode” with networking. Download AntiMalwarebytes program and run it in safe mode. That will get rid of the virus.

It is likely a Fake AV program. There are several of these out there. Buy a good Av program on disk that has a boot-able scan function and use that from boot up, per directions. You can try a safe boot, and see if you can delete the fake AV program, or run a scan from a reputable virus program from that. You can access an option to do a restore on most machines from an F8 (Safe mode) boot, just read your screen prompts carefully. (A registry scanner may help also, as lots of these things infest your registry to get them operating before you can do anything about them.)

I would recommend uninstalling the “anti-virus” software, then download these:
